This is a income based program. We accept income such as SSI, SSDI, VA Disability, VA Pension. We also accept employment income. But all will be verified. Screening and background checks are required. To secure your placement in our shared housing, a non-refundable $300 administration fee is required. This placement fee not only guarantees your spot but also covers the cost of beddings and essential start-up supplies provided upon arrival, ensuring you have a comfortable and welcoming space from day one.
